Memorytrix is a fast and easy way to improve a user’s language, memory and learning abilities. It uses innovative Memory enhancing techniques (like linking, association, pneumonic, visualizations, flash cards, animations, voice-overs, mind maps, games, stories, comics, etc.) along with other learning methods to teach various aspects relating to the learning of the language.
What are the Types of Information Collected and How is it Used?
User Provided Information
The application does not require registration / sign up to open, however, core features are unlocked only after successful registration / sign up. The application is free to download on the Apple iOS Platform and Google Android Platform, and is freely accessible on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Users are required to voluntarily provide (1) Name, Email Address, Password, Phone Number (Optional), Country, Sex, Date of Birth and other Registration Information; (2) Transaction Related Information, as required by the Apple iOS Platform and Google Android Platform; (3) Information provided when contacting with us directly; (4) Information provided by the user in the Memorytrix Application ecosystem, such s contact information; (5) Application progress information provided by user during use.
When you enter the Memorytrix Website, we collect your browser type and your IP address (a unique address that identifies your computer on the Internet). You should also note that cookies may be necessary to provide you certain features available on the Website (e.g., customized delivery of information).
The information is collected by Memorytrix during the sign – up process as well as during use of the Memorytrix Application. Information collection and user verification also occurs using third party service tools, including but not limited to Google Social Login, Facebook Social Login and Twitter Social Login.
Automatically Collected Information
The Memorytrix Application can collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
We may use your profile information to send you notifications regarding new services offered by Memorytrix that we think you may find valuable. Memorytrix may also send you service-related announcements from time to time through the general operation of the Service. Generally, you may opt out of such emails or disable such notifications.
Profile information is used by Memorytrix to be presented back to and edited by you when you access the Service; and to be presented to other users. In some cases, other users may be able to supplement your profile, including by submitting comments (which can be deleted by you).
Memorytrix may use or share aggregate or anonymous data collected through the Service, including Activity Data, for purposes such as understanding or improving the service.
When you play a game in the Memorytrix App, Memorytrix will use your Testing ID, and other information available to Memorytrix to store your game responses and latest scores. Scores and other relevant data may also be used by our research team for improvement purposes.
Non-Identifiable or Aggregated Information
When you interact with Memorytrix Service through the Application, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various aggregation technologies, which cannot be used presently to specifically identify you. Memorytrix may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by Memorytrix and its affiliates, agents or service providers. The Memorytrix Service may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Service, the number of visitors to each page of our Site or game of our apps, the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers, and how our users use and interact with the Memorytrix Application.
Disclosures, Access Controls and Use of Information
Does the Application collect real-time location information of the device?
Memorytrix Application does not collect real – time information about the exact location of your mobile device.
Disclosure of Collected Information by Memorytrix
Memorytrix is not in the business of selling information collected by the Memorytrix Application. There are however circumstances in which we share this information with third parties without bringing notice to you, as mentioned under.
Business Related Transfer of Information: In the event of buying or sale of businesses or assets, or in the event of corporate tie – ins and sales, mergers, reorganisations, dissolution or other similar events; User information may be part of transferred assets.
Legal Requirements and Disclosures: In the event of disclosures as mandated by legal obligations, Memorytrix will in good faith, (a) Comply with Legal Obligations; (b) Protect and Defend the rights of Memorytrix; (c) Protect itself against Legal Liabilities and Claims; (d) Act in response to the urgency of circumstances to protect and preserve personal information of users.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Memorytrix may disclose to third party services certain personally-identifiable information only when it is reasonably necessary to offer the Service, legally required, or permitted by you, such as: (a) Information you provide us voluntarily such as name, email, mobile phone number and other registration information; (b) Information we may collect as you access and use our Application, including but not limited to device information, location and network carrier.
This information is shared with third-party service providers so that we can: (a) Personalize the experience for every user; (b) Perform behavioural analytics/ track progress within the app; (c) Improve user experience.
What are my opt-out rights?
Users of the Memorytrix Application can stop the collection of information by the application by simply uninstalling the application. The process to uninstall the application is the standard process as mandated by Apple for iOS, and Google for Android. Additionally, you can opt – out of the mailing list by sending us a request at email@example.com. We will respond within reasonable time to the same request.
Other Policy Matters
Information Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
Memorytrix retains user provided information for the period of usage of the Application by the user, and a reasonable time thereafter. We retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months, and thereafter store it in aggregate. In case you want us to update specific User Provided Information, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond appropriately to your request in reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Information is required by the application to function optimally.
The Memorytrix Application encourages adult supervision for children under the age of 13. The Memorytrix Application is not used to knowingly solicit information from or to market towards children under the age of 13. If parents or guardians suspect, or become aware of their children providing us information without adult consultation / supervision, they should contact us on email@example.com. We will respond appropriately to your request in reasonable time

At Memorytrix, we strive to achieve reasonable security and maintenance of information. We have procedures in place, both physical and electronic, to protect the safety of the information we process. This information is however provided, with limited access, to authorized employees, agents and contractors of Memorytrix, who need access in order to refine, improve and operate the Memorytrix Application. Though we strive to achieve this reasonable level of security and maintenance of information, no security system or process can safeguard and / or prevent all potential security breaches.
